INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, we inform you that HI-MEC di CALÌ SALVATORE & C. Srl processes the personal data of customers, suppliers, collaborators and subjects who have voluntarily communicated their personal data in person and/or by forms, telephone, fax or e-mail to our offices, on the basis of principles of correctness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and rights.
According to the law indicated (ref. Art. 2 – Purposes), the Data Controller guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in respect of fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to personal data protection.
In compliance with art. 13 of this code, HI-MEC di CALÌ SALVATORE & C. Srl informs that the data provided will be subject to the following processing: collection, processing, selection, extraction, comparison, magnetic and non magnetic filing (suitable for guarantee security and privacy), in order to build an archive for sending information material on the activities and initiatives promoted by HI-MEC di CALÌ SALVATORE & C. Srl, also by means of a computerised newsletter sent to the email address provided. The data will not be communicated to other subjects, nor will they be disseminated.
The data providing is mandatory in order to be able to offer the services requested. Any refusal to provide such data may entail the failure or the partial performance of the service.
The processing of personal data is carried out using both paper and computer media with the observance of all precautionary measures, in order to guarantee security and privacy. The data will also be managed and protected in environments whose access is under constant control.
HI-MEC by CALÌ SALVATORE & C. Srl also informs you that, in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the interested party has the right to know, update, rectify or cancel the data or oppose their use, if processed in violation of the law.
